Nidya Hotel Esenyurt

right across from a large shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Had a junior suite - a separate ensuite bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette (cannot cook as there are no utensils/pots and tap does not work properly) and terrace. Makes excellent omelette and fried eggs.

This was my second time staying in Nidya Hotel. I stayed for 9 nights with my daughter. It felt like staying at home. We really enjoyed our stay. The best thing I would like to comment on is the professionalism of the staff. The staff are very polite, cooperative and helpful. They properly guide you on questions asked. Hashim and all the staff on the main desk were amazing. The hotel is always kept very clean. Breakfast is full of a variety of food. The location is central to all the main places in the Bacesehir district. Akbati Mall is in front of it, so shopping is quick and easy. I rate it 10 out of 10 for the value for money and will choose it again for my next trip to Istanbul.

The staff were very polite, helpful and communicated well. I especially want to give a special thanks to Hanifi, one of the managers, who is a wonderful man with a true spirit of hospitality. The valet staff also were extremely professional and courteous.

Perfectly located for me near the business location I needed. Large well proportioned rooms with separate bedroom and living area. Rooms larger then normal rather basic but with a full size kitchen and living area. Being directly across from a major upscale shopping mall is a bonus. Many dining options in mall area as well as hotel restaurant. The only complaint I had was the hotels no brought in food policy. While I can understand and am glad that they don’t allow use of the cooking facilities of the kitchen in each unit, 3 bananas, 3 apples and 3 oranges shouldn’t be a problem but was made a major ordeal. Oh yes and a few lemon for my water. Anyway after a debate that the fruit were normal things my 4 year old needs access to they graciously allowed it up. I would return and will return but I guess if I carry up a few fruit I will just hide them instead of assuming the hotel will be reasonable about what is carried in foods.

- Amazing spa ( Turkish Hammam, sauna, steam room, massage ) - Large swimming pool - Great location, just crossed the road - Clean room - Big balcony with very nice city view - Very friendly staff ( all of them, especially Ahmad in the reception, Angila and Indonesian therapist and all the staff in the reception in the spa ( Ebru, the pregnant lady and the guy ). also the guy who brings the luggage, sorry I forgot his name. Finally, the housekeeper. All were very kind and helpful. Thank you everyone.
